The ancients diligently sought to understand the
source and meaning of wisdom so they could live successful lives in a world
that would not have made any sense otherwise.
They captured this wisdom in the Proverbs among other writings and
taught young boys its meaning in schools.
Today, we rely on morality and knowledge to make decisions, not
recognizing that we lack wisdom. We are fools!
But, by understanding the source of wisdom and entering into a
relationship with Jesus Christ, we can begin to become wise and live a life
worthy of God’s calling.
